These terms apply to text messages sent by KARRCPAU Consulting, LLC to a mobile number you have given us.
We send appointment reminders and messages about a specific insurance claim or appraisal we are already working on with you — confirming an inspection time, telling you we are on our way, or asking a question we need answered to move your file along.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. If you have not engaged us on a claim, or asked us to, you will not hear from us by text.
We text you only if you have told us we may. Consent is given in one of three ways, and we record which, the date, and who took it:
Consent is not a condition of anything. You do not have to agree to text messages to engage us, to get a quote, or to have your claim handled. Say no and we will call or email instead.
Message frequency varies and depends on your claim. In practice this is a small number of messages around a scheduled inspection — typically fewer than five for an entire engagement.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages; your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. To start again, reply START.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
