Site Inspections
On-site evaluations to thoroughly document damage, assess conditions, and identify all affected components — including the areas a walkthrough typically misses.
We deliver comprehensive damage assessments through detailed inspections, collaborative analysis, and accurate estimating — ensuring all damage is identified, properly scoped, and supported to restore your property to pre-loss condition.
Disputed claims rarely turn on whether a loss happened. They turn on what was damaged, what caused it, and what it costs to put right. When those three answers are documented carefully at the outset, the rest of the process moves faster and with far less friction.
Our assessments are built to hold up — to the carrier, to opposing experts, and, when it comes to that, in litigation. We identify every affected component, validate causation independently, and support each conclusion with the inspection record behind it.
Each engagement follows the same sequence, whether the file is a single-family roof claim or a multi-building commercial loss. The order matters: each step is built on the record produced by the one before it.

In-depth review of client-provided documents, including third-party reports and contractor or carrier estimates, examined in a collaborative setting so gaps surface early.
Independent analysis to validate damage types, causation, and scope — ensuring every finding is accurate, complete, and well-supported before it reaches the estimate.
Development of the repair scope required to return the property to pre-loss condition, including accurate estimates and supplemental evaluations as additional damage is uncovered.
As early as possible, ideally before repairs begin. Conditions change quickly after a loss, and once work starts, the evidence supporting the claim starts disappearing. That said, we're regularly engaged on files that are already in dispute, and a supplemental assessment can still change the outcome.
A carrier's adjuster evaluates the loss on behalf of the carrier. Our assessment is independent — we document what the property shows and scope the repair required to return it to pre-loss condition, whether that figure is above or below the original estimate.
Access to the property, the policy, the claim number, and any estimates or reports already produced — the carrier's estimate, contractor bids, engineering reports, and photos taken at the time of loss. We'll tell you what's missing after a first pass.
Both, and we also serve as umpire when appraisers can't reach agreement. The assessment standard doesn't change with the engagement — the findings follow the property.
That's what supplemental evaluations are for. Concealed damage often surfaces once repairs open up a structure, and we document and price it as a supplement to the original scope.
Tell us the property type, the cause of loss, and where the claim stands today. We'll tell you what an assessment would involve.
